Tara is an experienced Osteopath and Mat Pilates instructor who has been working Southfields for the past 5 years.
​
Graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University with a Master's degree in Osteopathy; Tara prides herself on integrating Osteopathy and Pilates to make real and long-lasting changes in people's lives.
​
Tara is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy, registered with the General Osteopathic Council and insured with Balens.
​
She is also qualified in Dry Needling and Kinesiology taping. The latter she has found particularly beneficial with patients from a sports background; aiding rehabilitation and providing clients with a competitive edge

Since graduating from the University of Hertfordshire in 2015, studying Sport and Exercise Science. Ramita has continued to study and specialise her skills in Sports Rehab Injuries, Personal Training, Mat Pilates, GP Exercise Referrals and Special Populations.
​
She has also trained in various techniques from sports massage, to RockPods (silicone cupping) and RockBlades (blading/scraping).
​
I am a member of BASES, REPs and CIMSPA, and an accredited Senior Health Practitioner.
