Pilates is a method of exercise aimed at improving abdominal strength, body movement and posture.
Mat work Pilates focuses on performing exercises on the floor with bodyweight, occasionally using small equipment such as resistance bands, small balls, fitness circles and foam rollers. These pieces of small equipment help to enhance the workout; either to challenge or to aid movements.
Classes are a maximum of 7 people and often smaller, ensuring you receive the guidance needed for a great and effective workout.

The schedule below provides a list of the classes we currently offer.
We currently have a face to face pilates class at St Barnabas in Southfields on a Monday evening or a Zoom class at 10am on Saturday morning.
Don't forget to bring a mat for Monday evenings!
