PILATES IN SOUTHFIELDS

Pilates is a method of exercise aimed at improving abdominal strength, body movement and posture.

Mat work Pilates focusses on performing exercises on the floor with bodyweight, occasionally using small equipment such as resistance bands, small balls, fitness circles and foam rollers. These pieces of small equipment help to enhance the workout; either to challenge or to aid movements.

Classes are a maximum of 12 people and often smaller, ensuring you receive the guidance needed for a great and effective workout.

MONDAY 7:30PM

WEDNESDAYS 7PM
