At Tara Northey Osteopathy, safety is our highest priority.
Thanks to the advice of our governing bodies, we are now able to open appointments to all patients. However, we are only happy to treat the public with minimal possible risk to both patient and practitioner.
We have put in place some protocols to ensure we maintain the highest level of health and safety for our patients.
WHAT YOU CAN DO?
MASK
Please come wearing a mask to the session and use the antibacterial gel provided at the start of the session.
APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive to the clinic on time and wait outside the treatment room.
Your practitioner will open the door to let you in when they are ready.
SCREENING FORM
You will be asked to fill out the screening form before proceeding with your session.
SYMPTOM-FREE BOOKING
We do ask that if you or anyone in your household are showing signs of Covid-19 please do not come to clinic, we are happy to offer advice over the phone where possible.
WHAT THE CLINIC WILL DO?
PPE
Your practitioner will be wearing disposable gloves, a mask, and apron. Their clinic uniform and tunic will be washed after each shift at 60degrees.
CLEANING
Disinfecting all equipment, surfaces, and door handles before every appointment.
Bathroom/changing facilities remain available and will be disinfected after every use.
Your practitioner will be washing their hands at the start and end of the session.
APPOINTMENTS
All appointments will be spaced 15 minutes apart to avoid any risk of cross-contact and to ventilate the treatment room
We have closed the waiting room to avoid patients from crossing over.
In house, payments will be card only for the time being.
